Deposit: All tables will be required to pay a deposit a £5/£10 per person dependant on booking type, this deposit will be deducted from the final bill amount. Any individual customers that do not attend their designated booking will surrender their deposit. Complete party no shows will lose their full deposit, this. If you are unable to attend please notify the restaurant as soon as possible where we will rearrange your reservation and your deposit will not be forfeited this must be carried out no later than 24 hours before your booking.

Reservation Duration: Our tables are allocated for 2 hours for your visit, after which they will be sanitised for another customer. Please contact us if you would like to extend your visit and if we have the space available we will do our best to accomodate you.

We respectfully ask that you are ready to be seated at the time of your reservation to ensure the best possible level of service to all of our guests, if you are running late, we kindly ask you notify us by telephone at your earliest convenience, your table will be held for 15 minutes, after which time it may be allocated to another customer and all deposits lost.

You are more than welcome to have a drink prior to being seated or stay after your meal. Please arrive earlier where you will be seated in our Saloon Bar for drinks.

Cancellation: Deposits are non-refundable should you cancel a confirmed booking less than 24 hours prior to the booking. Additionally, should you cancel a confirmed booking on the day, we serve the right to keep the deposit based on the number of guests anticipated.

Guest Numbers: Our restaurant can accomodate 8 cowboys or cowgirls at any one time. Any larger parties will require a full pre-order and authorisation from The Sheriff for us to accomodate you.

Menus & Drinks: Almost all of our dishes are prepared fresh daily in our kitchens where nuts are used, kindly ask a member of staff for any allergen information.

Our chefs Maverick and Sanchez have worked hard to create an authentic South American BBQ menu. Our food is cooked low'n'slow with fresh ingredients each and every day. Every attempt is made to bring this quality right to your table. In the unlikely event of this not happening or something is not to your liking please contact a member of service immediately before full consumption where we will do our upmost to rectify, by way of replacing the meal or drink as soon as possible. 

Our service will check back shortly after your food has been delivered, any grievances should be brought to our attention now. After this point The Sheriff will be unable to rectify any issue.

Please note; personal taste or preference on meals and drinks is not a valid reason for refund or replacement.

No personal food or drink items are to be brought inside our restaurant premises.

The Sheriff reserves the right to refuse alcoholic drinks to guests who appear to be under the age of 25 without a valid photo identification card. Also anyone who is already in high spirits.

Someone aged 16 or 17 and accompanied by a parent or guardian, can drink (but not buy) one beer, wine or cider with a main meal

Restaurant Rules: Children are more than welcome at any time in our Wild West Restaurants. Kindly assist your children at all times as we do not take any responsibility or liability for any accidents occurred with any unattended children during your visit.

We make every effort to have highchair availability for your visit, however it is subject to demand and at peak hours we are unable to guarantee that one will be available unless you have confirmed this requirement at time of booking.

"Deals"

To take advantage of all our weekly offers and deals they must be reclaimed at the time of booking or brought to your servers attention when placing y’all orders. The deal will then be explained to y’all and added to the bill. We are unable to refund after this point.

"The Token Tip"

Now that cashless payments are on the rise, it's becoming difficult to leave a tip. We have taken the step to add a small discrectionary 5% to your bill. all of this goes to your hard working Cowboy and Cowgirl servers, bar team, kitchen team along with a donation to P.O.R.T Charity.

None of it goes to the Top Dawg or is an admin fee.

If for any reason whatsoever you prefer not to tip please just let us know and we will remove it from the bill with no awkwardness at all, that's our Wild West Promise.

Note: most restaurants charge between 7.5% and 12.5% (the national average service charge)

Our average bill for 2 guests is £28.65 which amounts to a 'Token Tip' of £1.43

"Live Music Events"

Any Events (Xmas,Saturday Night Lives, Tribute nights, pre booked parties or special occasions.) The booking ticket price & deposits are Non Refundable also Non Transferable. Please inform us as soon as possible if you need to reduce your attendees. We will look to re-sell these and if we are able to accommodate new guests due the table layouts we will look if possible to refund the ticket price minus the deposit which will go towards admin costs. As with all purchasing of tickets the Sheriffs decision is final. If in any doubt before purchasing please contact us for further information.

"Rodeos App Closure"

We have decided to close our Rodeos app and concentrate more on other social media platforms. We are aware that many of y’all have loyalty points. So the sheriff has decided to round up your points to the next reward and give y’all till 15th oct to reclaim this by booking in and mentioning to your server. 

You will receive an email informing you of our app closure and the date you have to reclaim your upgraded prize.

"Selective Tribute Nights"

Once a deposit has been paid your table is reserved. Closed to the event date you will receive a request by email for the remaining balance to be paid no later than 7 days before the event. Please ensure we receive the payment in full by this date as failure to do this will lead to cancellation of your booking and the loss of your deposit or any monies paid. Once you have paid in full your booking is confirmed and Non-refundable. We look forward to welcoming you to an Awesome night down at the ‘Honky Tonk’
