1. BBQ Chefs
We’re looking for pitmasters who know their way around low ‘n’ slow cooking. If you’ve got the skill to serve up brisket, ribs, and smoked meats that wow every time, we want you at the helm of our smoker.
 

2. Wild West Service Crew
Our servers and hosts bring the Southern charm and Wild West energy that make Rodeo’s unforgettable. From greeting guests with a smile to serving drinks and plates with flair, you’ll be at the heart of the action.
 

3. Bartenders
Are you quick with a shaker and even quicker with your wit? Our bartenders are entertainers as much as mixologists – pouring perfect drinks and keeping the party alive all night long.
