At Rodeos BBQ Ltd, we strive to provide exceptional dining experiences and live music evenings for our valued Cowboys & Cowgirls. To ensure that we can accommodate y’all and manage reservations effectively, we have established the following refund policy for table bookings and live music event deposits:

Table Booking Deposits:
   1    Deposit Requirement: if making a booking in person at Rodeos BBQ Ltd or by telephone then a deposit is required to secure a reservation for dining at our restaurant, during peak hours or special events. The deposit amount will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
   2    Refund Policy:
   •    Cancellation with Sufficient Notice: If you need to cancel your reservation, we kindly ask for sufficient notice to allow us to accommodate other guests. Refunds for deposit payments will be provided if cancellations are made within 24 hours before the scheduled reservation time.
   •    No-Show or Late Cancellation: If you fail to show up for your reservation or cancel with insufficient notice, the deposit will be forfeited, and no refund or transfer option will be issued.

Food Challenge Deposits:
   1    Deposit Requirement: If making a booking for a food challenge then an additional deposit to your booking deposit for each challenge will be required, this will be communicated to you at the time of booking. This deposit is non refundable or transferable.

Line Dancing Deposits:
   1    Deposit Requirement: All Line Dancing tickets are restricted capacity and will require payment in full at time of booking. These tickets are non refundable or transferable. 

Live Music Event Deposits:
   1    Deposit Requirement: For live music events hosted at our restaurant, a deposit may be required to secure tickets or reservations. The deposit amount and terms will be outlined during the booking process.
   2    Refund Policy:
   •    Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that a live music event is canceled by Rodeos BBQ Ltd due to unforeseen circumstances, such as performer illness or technical issues, all deposit payments or Balance in full amounts will be fully refunded to ticket holders.
   •    Attendee Cancellation:
   •    Refunds for event deposits will be provided if cancellation requests are submitted within 3 days prior to the scheduled event start time.
   •    No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the specified deadline or for no-shows on the day of the event.

General Terms:
   1    Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 3 business days of the cancellation request, subject to any processing times imposed by financial institutions.

   3    Policy Updates: Rodeos BBQ Ltd reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website or communication to affected parties.
